Meet The Owners

Hi, Im Marisol!

I am the founder of Migas Coffee! Also known as Thee Barista Baddie. Migas Coffee began through my personal pursuit of joy in learning to create my own lattes. If the latte right, Mari there errynight. This joy quickly transformed into connecting with others and helping to fill their cup. We love collaborating with other businesses who have aligned values and build community with us. Outside of my love for lattes, I read, yoga, and spend time with friends and family.

Hey there, I’m Alex

Being born and raised in the heart of Denver’s eastside, I live and breathe for this city. I have a deep love for my community and I’ve been able to create a safe space within it through Migas. You’ll more than likely find me dancing behind the counter or telling any person I can find to come try the best coffee in Denver because I wholeheartedly believe in what Mari and I are building together. Being a part of Migas has given me the opportunity to connect with my community and hold space in it as a proud Black business owner.
